Terms of Service

By purchasing or using Butak, you agree to these terms.

License

Butak is licensed, not sold. A purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Butak on your personal machines.

Payments

All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record. Butak does not collect, store, or process payment card information. Prices are displayed in EUR. LemonSqueezy handles currency conversion, tax calculation, and invoicing.

System Requirements

Butak requires macOS 15 (Sequoia) or later. We do not guarantee compatibility with earlier versions of macOS.

Limitation of Liability

Butak is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of Butak, including but not limited to data loss from Git operations.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Butak after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
