Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Butak. If you are not, we offer refunds under the following conditions.

Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, refunds are not available.

How to Request

Email us at support@butak.dev with your order number and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 5 business days.

Processing

Refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
